Digging into the Past;;Through Mr. Howard Eye's

Introduction
The Woodstock Music Festival was held during the summer of 1969, it lasted for three days in August and turned out to be something completely different than what was planned. It was suppose to be a small concert with not too many people, but once everyone heard about it, they had to change venues last minute to accommodate their fans. Mr.x was a part of Woodstock and seemed to enjoy it throughly. He states in an interview, "It may have been oddly funny but it was an extremely mellow event where it seemed to everyone got along with each other. The scenery was a typical farmland with slightly rolling hills and meadows" (interview). He also goes on to talk about how ironic it was that war was going on at the time, how the sixties shaped his life, and all about the music festival.

The Sixties

Be consistent about naming your source. (Use the same name in the paper that you use in the Works Cited.)

Also the first citation in the Works Cited is not in correct MLA format. Consult this site for how to cite an email interview: http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/747/08/
